1887 Bird's-Eye View
Athol

Athol, Massachusetts 1887
L. R. Burleigh
18" x 24"    or     24" x 36"
(original size 18" x 27"

This charming old view of Athol is one of a series of "bird's-eye" views made of  town centers in the late 1800s.  Also known as panoramic maps, these views show remarkable detail of  this then-new industrial center's buildings.  Note that even windows and doors are depicted. To see a more detailed copy of the view, click here or on the image above. The image you see is in low-resolution, but will allow you to see which streets and houses are shown.

Available in two sizes:  16" x 24"  (slightly reduced), or 24" x36" (enlarged) . The larger size is more useful for viewing by groups of people. This makes a nice wall decoration for public places such as office lobbies, restaurants etc.

Inkjet printing on heavy white bond paper.  Shipped rolled in a tube.
