A century after Columbus' discovery of the New World, the Ortelius map shows that Europeans had a very good idea of what the two continents looked like.

 Maps of this vintage often have decorative features such as ships and whales in the oceans.

Fine details may not be easily legible on the smaller size, but you can still enjoy the color and charm of the old map.
